Our rotary carpet cleaning machine utilizes rotating vacuum heads and spray jets to thoroughly deep clean carpet with hundreds of multi-directional cleaning passes, as opposed to a traditional carpet cleaning wand which only cleans in two directions and minimal passes. Our powerful, truck-mounted cleaning system extracts most of the moisture from your carpet, but it will still be damp to the touch. It’s okay to walk on it, just not in your street shoes. You can accelerate the drying time with fans or air conditioning. We recommend you leave the protective styrofoam blocks and pads under the furniture until the carpet is completely dry to avoid any possible transfer of color.

Should I vacuum before your upholstery and carpet cleaning professionals arrive?
A light vacuuming in the high traffic areas of your home or office is recommended but not required. If necessary, the crew can pre-vacuum the area to be cleaned. Also, the cleaning equipment is vacuuming the entire time we are cleaning.

Do you move furniture?
There is no additional charge to move furniture. Our crews are professionally trained to move your furniture, and return it to its rightful place when cleaning is completed. There are several items we recommend not moving, such as pianos, electronics, china cabinets, waterbeds, some large beds, dressers with mirrors, etc. We do suggest you remove items off of your furniture like plants, lamps and knick knacks.

How long will it take for my cleaned carpet to dry?
Carpet dry time is affected by many factors. Your carpet will generally feel dry to the touch in 6 to 8 hours, but could take up to 24 hours to dry completely. Using fans in any rooms cleaned, and turning your air conditioning or heating system on, depending on the time of year, can help accelerate drying time.

I have heard that cleaning my carpet makes it soil faster. Is this true?
Dirt can be attracted to soap and cleaner solutions that are not properly rinsed out of carpets during carpet cleaning. Our hot water extraction cleaning process leaves little to no residue behind to attract dirt.

Do you guarantee removal of all spots or stains in the carpet?
We cannot guarantee that we will remove all spots or stains. There are substances that can permanently discolor the carpet fibers. The age of the carpet and the type of carpet fibers also plays a factor. We will do our best to remove all spots and stains in the carpet, however, complete removal is not always possible.
